Schedule: Monday-Friday 8a-4p (Some flexibility with evenings)
The 911 Diversion Supervisor provides leadership and oversight to a regional team of 911 Diversion Coordinators and Mobile Crisis Peers, supporting innovative partnerships with Public Safety Answering Points (PSAPs). This role ensures the effective implementation, coordination, and quality of 911 Diversion and mobile peer services that promote safety, timely access to care, and wellness across rural communities.

Key Responsibilities Supervise and support 911 Diversion Coordinators and Mobile Crisis Peers, providing regular individual supervision, consultation, and professional development Oversee implementation and ongoing monitoring of 911 Diversion and mobile peer programs within established PSAP partnerships Strengthen and maintain collaborative relationships with PSAPs, dispatch centers, law enforcement, and community partners Ensure accurate, timely, and professional documentation related to PSAP partnerships, training, and program activity Monitor quality, service outcomes, and accountability through data tracking and reporting Collaborate as part of a multidisciplinary leadership and clinical team to support regional goals and service excellence Support community meetings and exploration or continuation of PSAP co-location opportunities Maintain knowledge of community resources to support referrals when services fall outside Compass Health Network’s scope Driving is an essential function of this role, and flexibility with shifts may be required.
Requirements, Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Bachelor’s degree required
WORK EXPERIENCE/TRAINING/ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Working knowledge of DSM-V required Minimum of two (2) years of related experience, either in behavioral health or dispatch center required A valid driver’s license and agency-established minimum automobile insurance coverage required
