This role combines customer interaction, problem-solving, and sales support while representing AT&T’s wireless devices, mobile services, and high-speed internet solutions.
In Telecom Sales & Customer Support, you will work directly with customers to explain service options, troubleshoot technical concerns, and guide them through product selections and activations. This is a people-facing position where strong communication and a willingness to learn are just as important as technical aptitude.
