What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Onboard and manage UpGuard customers to ensure effective utilization of the platform
Provide resources such as success plans and customer-specific training sessions
Engage customers early and frequently to drive continuous engagement with UpGuard
Translate customer requirements into tailored solutions using UpGuard technology
Monitor customer health and provide proactive education to maximize value
What is Required (Qualifications):
2+ years of experience in customer success, project management, or account management
Professional to native fluency in Spanish and English
Highly organized with the ability to update documentation and document new processes
Understanding of cyber risk management or risk management frameworks
Ability to work cross-functionally and be a team player
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience with Customer Success tools, such as ChurnZero or GainSight
Experience with CRM systems, such as HubSpot or Salesforce
Knowledge of Cyber Security best practices
Basic/working knowledge of APIs
Experience conducting training sessions
