Foster collaboration among team members to enhance operational effectiveness. Apply advanced problem‑solving techniques to navigate complex challenges. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to convey project goals and updates. Mentor and develop team members to build a top‑performing workforce. Uphold professional standards and ethical practices in engagements. What You Must Have
Bachelor's Degree. 6 years of progressive roles managing IT quality assurance and control within software/systems development processes. In lieu of a degree, demonstrate, in addition to the minimum years of experience, three years of specialized training and/or progressively responsible work experience in technology for each missing year of college‑level training. What Sets You Apart
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Systems Analysis, or Management Information Systems preferred. Foundations Certification preferred. Demonstrating in‑depth leadership in test methodologies. Understanding Agile/Scrum delivery models. Managing vendor relationships effectively. Utilising data mining and predictive modelling techniques. Driving continuous service improvements for customer experience. Working with Business and IT partners for quality delivery. Seeking opportunities for continuous improvement within the IT organization. Benefits & Compensation
The salary range for this position is: $91,000 - $321,500. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
