Job Profile Summary This role focuses on providing professional and nonprofessional nursing care services in accordance with physician orders. The RN provides professional nursing care, plans, implements, and evaluates the care needs of designated patients, performing clinical support tasks within the scope of practice. The RN may direct the work of other lower level professionals, manage processes, coach and review work, and resolve complex problems.
Responsibilities
Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates patient care needs.
Provides professional and nonprofessional nursing care.
Serves as a patient and family advocate and facilitates collaboration among healthcare providers.
Plans, delivers, and manages patient/family centered care using the nursing process and evidence-based practice.
Oversees design, implementation, or delivery of processes, programs, and policies.
Minimum Qualifications
Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
Specialty Nursing certifications.
Pay Range $41.76 - $68.89 per hour.
