My client is a prominent real estate development and management company headquartered right out of Downtown Boston, with projects all throughout the Eastern seaboard. They have established themselves as a leading player in the industry, contributing significantly to the urban landscape in Boston and throughout the East Coast. They were founded in the early 1980s, since then developing a diverse portfolio from small retail fit out projects to high rise buildings and multifamily complexes. They stand as a respected developer in the area, seeking an experienced Retail Project Manager who is passionate about commercial real estate.
Description The Successful Project Manager will be responsible for:
Leasing Support, Vacancy Planning, design coordinating
Establishing landlord and tenant delivery obligations for the portfolio
Working alongside Tenant Construction Managers
Supporting pre-lease & lease negotiations - pricing/cost analysis
Leasing and Marketing Support
Coordinating with project architects and engineers
Utilize necessary technologies
Profile The Successful Project Manager candidate will have:
3 - 5 years of Project Management experience
Soft Skills: great communicator, be able to interact/ communicate with clients
Civil Engineering background, contractor or developer
Skilled in AutoCAD, Excel, Word, Blue beam, Procore, P6, BIM/VDC
