Position: Conflicts Attorney – Conflicts Department, Office of General Counsel, Lewis Brisbois, Seattle, WA. No billable hour requirements.
The Conflicts Attorney will review conflict check reports and identify, advise, analyze, and resolve potential conflicts of interest, working directly with attorneys to clear conflicts related to the hiring of new partners, associates, paralegals, and other firm hires, ensuring compliance with the Firm’s conflicts and risk management policies.

Work directly with attorneys to clear conflicts related to hiring new partners, associates, paralegals, and other firm hires.
Ensure new hires comply with the Firm’s conflicts and risk management policies and procedures.
Position Requirements
Juris Doctorate degree (JD) and active member of the Bar, in good standing, in the State of Washington.
At least 3 to 10 years of experience as a Lateral Conflicts Attorney in a large law firm setting with demonstrated research and complex problem‑solving skills, or at least 3 years of experience as a general Conflicts Attorney with at least 1 year of cumulative experience related to the clearance of lateral hires.
Familiarity with the Rules of Professional Conduct.
Ability to maintain confidential and sensitive data and excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong organizational and analytical skills.
Close attention to detail, collaborative team member, self‑motivated and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
Experience with LawTime and/or Aderant is preferred, though not required.
Salary USD $110,000.00 /Yr. – $140,000.00 /Yr.
