OVERVIEW A well-established law firm is seeking a
senior Corporate Transactional Attorney
to join its
corporate practice
in San Bernardino. This role is ideal for an experienced transactional attorney with a strong background in general commercial matters who is interested in contributing to and growing an established practice. Real estate transactional experience is beneficial but not required.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Handle a broad range of
general commercial and corporate transactional matters.
Draft, review, and negotiate complex
transactional and commercial agreements.
Advise clients on business transactions and related legal considerations.
Contribute to the growth and development of an established corporate practice.
Manage client relationships and support business development efforts.
Collaborate with other attorneys and practice groups as part of a team-based environment.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
8+ years of significant experience
in corporate and general commercial transactions.
Experience handling sophisticated transactional matters independently.
Real estate transactional experience helpful , but not required.
Ability to bring a
modest portable book of business.
Excellent analytical, drafting, and negotiation skills.
Strong client service orientation and professional judgment.
California bar admission required/.
