HR Analyst – People Operations | San Francisco, CA | Full-Time
Join a high-performing People team at a leading financial services firm. We’re looking for an HR Analyst with a sharp eye for data, systems, and process improvement.
What You’ll Do:
Own and optimize our HR tech stack (UKG experience a plus)
Build and maintain dashboards and reports (headcount, attrition, DEI, comp, etc.)
Drive process automation and workflow improvements across HR functions
Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, Finance, and Compliance
Support payroll, benefits, and annual HR cycles as needed
What You Bring:
5–7 years in HR, with a focus on systems, analytics, and operations
Strong Excel skills; BI tools like Power BI or Tableau are a bonus
Experience in financial services is a plus
Detail-oriented, data-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
