Chief Administrative Officer (Construction)

$115,000 - $140,000 per year Why This Role Matters As CAO, you’ll report directly to the President and play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s administrative backbone. You’ll lead and integrate critical functions—business management, HR, IT, marketing, and office operations—to ensure operational efficiency and strategic alignment across the organization. What You’ll Do Drive strategic leadership across all administrative departments. Partner with executives to set goals, monitor performance, and align operations with business objectives. Oversee policies, compliance, and risk management for a highly regulated industry. Optimize systems for efficiency, productivity, and growth. Manage insurance programs and ensure regulatory compliance. Collaborate with IT vendors to maintain secure, high‑performing digital infrastructure. Represent the company at industry events to strengthen visibility and partnerships. What We’re Looking For Education:
Bachelor’s in Business Administration or related field (Master’s preferred). Experience:
10–15 years in senior administrative or operational leadership, ideally in construction. Proven success in strategic planning, organizational development, and system optimization. Strong financial acumen, risk management expertise, and leadership skills. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial systems.
