Overview As Vice President of Sales for Data Centers, you will shape and execute bold go-to-market strategies that drive growth across Hyperscale and Multi‑Tenant Data Center customers. Your mission is to align Eaton’s vision with customer priorities, delivering sustainable partnerships and accelerating profitability across North America.
Responsibilities
Define and implement high‑impact sales strategies for large‑scale Data Center clients.
Build trusted relationships at every level, with strong focus on C‑suite engagement.
Translate customer insights into actionable plans using data‑driven KPIs.
Inspire and mentor a high‑performing account team, setting clear goals and fostering career growth.
Champion cross‑functional collaboration to deliver exceptional solutions.
Promote a culture of diversity, inclusion, and innovation.
Identify and capture new revenue streams within existing and emerging accounts.
Drive financial performance through accurate forecasting, KPI management, and strategic planning.
Serve as a trusted advisor and advocate, ensuring customer priorities shape Eaton’s roadmap.
Represent Eaton at industry events, positioning the company as a leader in next‑gen data center solutions.
Stay ahead of industry trends, including AI‑driven infrastructure and liquid cooling technologies.
Provide insights that guide digital transformation and sustainability initiatives.
Ensure all engagements meet regulatory and corporate standards.
Manage contracts and escalations with professionalism and precision.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
10+ years of progressive leadership in matrixed organizations in a similar scope/scale role.
5+ years in senior leadership roles working with hyperscale or multi‑tenant data centers.
Proven success managing high‑value, global accounts and negotiating strategic deals.
Deep knowledge of data center technologies, ESG drivers, AI, and sustainability trends.
Demonstrated expertise in Data Center infrastructure and design with specific hands‑on experience in white space and/or gray space environments.
Strong industry presence and reputation for building trusted relationships.
Proven ability to influence commercial, technical, and executive stakeholders.
Salary The expected annual salary range for this role is $199,000 - $291,000. Salary information is a general guideline only and is based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications.
