Base Pay Range $120,000.00/yr - $160,000.00/yr
Company Overview A global investment firm with approximately $504 billion in assets under management, specializing in private equity, real estate, credit, and infrastructure, is seeking a professional to support their Global Wealth Investor Relations team. The role focuses on operational support for registered and private products across all alternative asset classes.
Job Responsibilities
Support operational nuances of offerings on platforms such as private banks, wirehouses, RIAs, custodians, or independent broker/dealers
Reconcile internally-facing and externally-facing reporting for stakeholders
Partner with platforms, technology, finance, and third-party administrator teams to increase automation and streamline subscription and account change management processes
Liaise with strategic accounts team and various internal and external stakeholders to prioritize platform initiatives and improve the servicing model for wealth platform partners
Qualifications
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a support role, ideally in the alternative investments industry
Strong computer and Excel skills
Excellent academic credentials including an undergraduate degree
Experience with Transfer Agents, Administrators, and Fund Service Providers (preferred)
Compensation Salary: $120,000 – $160,000, plus bonus
