Labor & Employment – Mid‑Level Associate
Global Am Law 100 Firm , client of Marley & Associates Legal Search Location: Dallas, TX Experience: 3–5 years Work includes a range of employment and labor matters, including litigation, counseling, investigations, and transactional support. Key Responsibilities
Advise, counsel, and litigate on employment and labor issues, including single‑plaintiff and class action cases. Draft, review, and negotiate employment‑related documents such as offer letters, employment agreements, restrictive covenants, separation agreements, and workplace policies. Support employment diligence in business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions. Represent clients in state and federal courts, arbitrations, and before regulatory agencies (EEOC, Department of Labor, state labor boards). Ideal Candidate
3–5 years of experience in employment and labor law, including litigation, counseling, and transactional support. Experience with employment litigation, arbitration, and regulatory claims. Licensed and in good standing in Texas (or eligible for admission). Compensation and Benefits
