About the Role We are hiring a full‑stack SEO operator who is technical, strategic, and execution‑driven. This is a high‑autonomy role reporting directly to the CEO.
You will own organic search end‑to‑end and drive measurable growth in a fast‑moving Shopify environment.
This is not an agency oversight role.
This is not a narrow keyword job.
This is a builder seat with real ownership.
What You’ll Own
SEO strategy and multi‑quarter roadmap
Technical SEO audits and site structure improvements
Content and intent architecture across categories and PDPs
Internal linking and scalable SEO systems
Dashboards, reporting, and performance forecasting
Cross‑functional partnership with Product, Engineering, Creative, and BI
What Success Looks Like
Organic traffic and revenue meaningfully increased
Technical foundation strengthened (crawlability, indexing, structured data)
Scalable content and internal linking systems in place
Clear AI search visibility strategy deployed
Leadership receives clear, trusted reporting
Who You Are
4–8 years of hands‑on SEO experience with real results
Strong technical foundation (crawling, rendering, site structure)
Experience driving SEO at scale (high‑traffic or high‑SKU environments)
Analytical, experiment‑driven, and commercially minded
Clear communicator and strong cross‑functional partner
Cultural Fit You will thrive here if you are maniacally focused on SEO, move fast, and take ownership. If you prefer slow cycles, rigid playbooks, or heavy process, this will not be a fit.
