12% to 18% revenue share , far above industry norms.

Your Responsibilities You will own the full revenue engine:

1. Pipeline Creation (Self‑Generated) You drive your pipeline through:

Relationship building

Networking

Digital outreach

Personal referrals

Industry conversations

(NO inbound leads. NO SDR feeding. This is pure BD ownership.)

2. Full‑Cycle Sales You will manage every stage:

Prospecting

Discovery

Solution positioning

Proposal alignment

Closing

Post‑close relationship handover

3. Monthly Deal Expectations Realistic target:

1–3 new deals per month.

What You Need to Succeed

Proven Business Development, Sales Leadership, or Entrepreneurial experience

Important Note – Selection Phase Availability For the discovery discussion/interview and selection phase, availability for U.S. EST discovery calls in the early hours is required.
