Join Serval, an AI‑powered IT platform, as the Revenue Strategy & Operations Lead. In this role you will architect the systems and operating rhythm that enable our sales organization to scale from 5 to 50+ account executives by the end of 2026. You will partner with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and executive leaders to refine our go‑to‑market (GTM) strategy, drive revenue productivity, and build an engine‑class GTM operations function. What You’ll Do
First 90 days

– Implement repeatable operating cadences (weekly pipeline reviews, forecast calls, monthly business reviews) and partner with Sales Leadership to define segmentation, territory allocation, and early quota methodologies. 6–12 months
– Own territory design, OTE setting, GTM efficiency reporting, and architect system integrity for all GTM tooling; serve as a strategic thought partner on sales and marketing investments. What You’ll Need
5–8 years in Sales Operations, Revenue Strategy, or GTM Operations at a high‑growth B2B SaaS. Proven design and scale of GTM processes for rapidly expanding AE teams. Experience with forecasting, performance analytics, segmentation, and territory design. Hands‑on proficiency with Salesforce and modern GTM tooling; primary system owner. Exceptional communication and cross‑functional leadership skills. High‑agency operator who thrives in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments. Based in or willing to work from San Francisco HQ five days a week. Bonus Points
