Location Fairfax, Virginia
Hours Full Time, Monday‑Friday, Day Shift and occasional Saturdays

A Day In The Life
Understands, promotes and demonstrates the Solis Way
Consistently practices excellent mammography positioning and exposure technique
Effectively communicates procedures and educates women about regular mammography and preventative breast health
Communicates with doctors, patients and other employees on an individual and small group basis
Applies common sense understanding to carry out detailed and sometimes complicated written or oral instructions
Maintains patient‑first focus at all times and exhibits outstanding customer service skills
Performs other work‑related duties as assigned
Qualifications
Completion of a formal radiologic technology training program and current certification by ARRT in Radiography
ARRT advanced level certification in mammography with documentation of clinical experience, or MQSA qualified and (M) registry eligible
Current on all required continuing education and continuing experience as required by MQSA and ARRT
High School Diploma; Associate’s degree preferred
Non‑restricted licensure in state work location
Knowledge of database software, RIS/PACS software is preferred
Two years of experience in mammography preferred
Experience with diagnostic procedures such as ultrasound core and stereotactic biopsies preferred
Prior quality control experience preferred
Ability to read, write, and comprehend medical terminology
Ability to stand for long periods of time

Hourly Rate: $38.00 to $49.00 commensurate with experience
