is seeking a highly qualified, bilingual (Spanish-speaking)
Board-Certified Psychiatrist (MD)
to join our thriving private practice in Lake Mary, FL. Our ideal candidate is an experienced clinician who is passionate about providing comprehensive psychiatric care across the lifespan— ages 5 through 80 —in an outpatient setting.

Psychiatrist Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment plans for patients in the outpatient setting.
Provide medication management and therapy to a diverse patient population.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
Stay current with advancements in psychiatric treatment and research methodologies.
Make referrals for psychotherapy when indicated and collaborate with all other mental health professionals involved in the patient’s care to ensure comprehensive treatment.
Maintain accurate and confidential client records completely all documentation in compliance with legal/ethical standards.
Advocate for clients' needs and rights, including access to psychiatric services and medications.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Active Florida Licensure
Board-Certified Psychiatrist (MD required)
Bilingual Spanish speaking provider required as based on client need
Minimum of 2 years’ experience treating children, adolescents, adults, and older adults (ages 5–80) in private practice
Strong understanding of psychiatrist assessment, diagnosis, medication management, and therapeutic techniques
Knowledge of evidence-based interventions in psychiatric treatment

We are staffed by over 20 clinicians that include Psychiatrists, Adult Registered Nurse Practitioners, Licensed Clinical Social Workers, Mental Health Counselors, and Psychologists with a range of specialties in the field of psychiatry.
