Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Loan Officer/Real Estate Agent based in Huntington Beach, CA, with some work-from-home flexibility. The position involves assisting clients in evaluating financial profiles, guiding them through the loan application and mortgage approval process, and helping them with real estate transactions. Other responsibilities include conducting underwriting assessments, originating loans, and ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the lending and home‑buying process.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Loan Origination and experience as a Loan Officer
Strong knowledge of Finance and Underwriting principles
Excellent Customer Service skills and relationship‑building abilities
Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and work both independently and collaboratively
Real estate license or relevant certifications are preferred
Proficiency in relevant mortgage, real estate, and financial software systems
Strong communication and analytical skills
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is an advantage
