What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Prepare LEDES files for submission to clients via web-based e-billing systems or email, troubleshooting and resolving errors
Assist with e-billing for complex clients, ensuring invoices comply with billing guidelines and have proper approvals
Monitor invoice validations, approvals, and reductions, and communicate with billing attorneys and clients regarding discrepancies
Provide technical support and customer service to billing attorneys and staff on e-billing processes and compliance
Track approved timekeepers and rates, collaborating with the pricing team to update e-billing systems
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of five years’ experience with legal e-billing
Proficiency in major e-billing systems (e.g., Legal Tracker, CounselGO, Brightflag)
Intermediate skills in Excel, including vLookup and Pivot Tables
Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently as well as in a team environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience with eBilling Hub and Elite 3E
Familiarity with minor e-billing systems
AA or BA degree
