What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Prepare and submit LEDES files to clients via e-billing systems, troubleshooting and resolving errors
Review final invoices for accuracy and compliance with clients’ billing guidelines
Monitor and research invoice validations, approvals, reductions, and rejections
Provide technical support and customer service regarding e-billing processes to billing attorneys and staff
Collaborate with the collections team to reconcile accounts and submit monthly accruals to clients
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of five years’ experience with legal e-billing
Proficiency with major e-billing systems such as Legal Tracker and CounselLink
Intermediate Excel skills, including vLookup and Pivot Tables
Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise proper judgment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with eBilling Hub and Elite 3E
Familiarity with minor e-billing systems
AA or BA degree preferred
