About the Role We are seeking a
Strategy & Planning Consultant
to support a major enterprise transformation initiative focused on modernizing the Deal Pricing platform. In this role, you will drive activation of key product capabilities, onboard Sales users to the new Pricing tool, and collaborate across teams to define future-state processes and operating model recommendations.
This position blends
strategy, product partnership, migration planning, problem solving, communication, and change leadership
to accelerate program outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Contribute to strategy and planning activities for the Deal Pricing modernization workstream.
Activate new product functionality and help guide Sales users through onboarding and adoption.
Identify product gaps and recommend solutions to improve functionality and scalability.
Support definition of the
target operating model
to align Sales, Product, and operational workflows.
Assist in developing and executing migration strategies from legacy tools.
Participate in project routines with internal teams and 3rd-party vendors to ensure high-quality program delivery.
Analyze moderately complex strategic challenges and present clear recommendations.
Prepare and support strategic communications, stakeholder updates, and documentation.
Collaborate cross-functionally to support program alignment and execution.
Required Qualifications
4+ years of Strategy and Planning experience, or equivalent via work experience, consulting, training, or military background.
Ability to analyze strategic challenges and evaluate multiple variables to guide decision-making.
Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working within complex, cross-functional programs.
Preferred Qualifications
Product strategy or product ownership exposure.
Experience supporting large-scale transformation initiatives.
Background in change leadership, user onboarding, or system migrations.
Strong problem-solving ability with comfort operating in ambiguity.
Experience collaborating with external vendors on technology or process transformation projects.
