About the Role We are seeking a
Change Implementation Specialist
to support a major enterprise transformation initiative focused on modernizing the Deal Pricing platform. In this role, you will help drive change adoption across Sales and Product teams and play a critical part in preparing users to transition from legacy pricing tools to a new, scalable platform.
This position blends
change management, communication, onboarding, testing support, migration planning, and cross-functional collaboration . You will work with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure successful implementation, user readiness, and long-term adoption.
Key Responsibilities
Support change implementation activities for a large-scale Deal Pricing modernization program.
Drive end-user adoption by onboarding Sales teams to the new Pricing platform.
Partner with product teams to participate in testing, including
UAT planning and execution .
Guide users through migration from legacy pricing tools and provide support during transition.
Collaborate with external vendor teams to ensure high-quality product delivery.
Identify and resolve moderately complex change challenges; elevate issues appropriately.
Create and support communication plans, training materials, and readiness documentation.
Analyze program impacts and support change leadership strategies to accelerate adoption.
Work cross-functionally across Sales, Product, Operations, and Technology.
Required Qualifications
4+ years of Change Implementation experience , or equivalent via consulting, training, military service, or relevant work experience.
Strong understanding of change methodologies, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
Proven ability to evaluate complex change-related issues and recommend solutions.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting large-scale technology or platform rollouts.
Experience onboarding Sales or Product teams to new systems.
Experience with UAT, testing coordination, or system migration.
Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and change leadership abilities.
