Senior Manager – Fleet Finance (Hybrid)

Job Overview and Responsibilities

Support Finance leadership in jointly managing the fleet plan with Network Planning and Tech Ops.

Conduct comprehensive financial analysis for all aircraft related decisions (purchases, retirements, reconfigurations) and partner with finance leadership to align with key company financial targets.

Provide senior leadership with clear economic narratives that communicate investment impacts and enable informed strategic decisions, utilizing financial modeling and fleet economic projections.

Lead fleet finance related ad‑hoc projects and scenario analysis.

Collaborate routinely with business partners in Network Planning, Tech Ops and other Finance on fleet related projects.

Maintain a working trip cost model to ensure partners have up‑to‑date fleet financials.

Work with external aircraft manufacturers to maintain accurate financial modeling of current and future aircraft economics.

Build and present executive level materials to senior finance leadership for key cross‑functional fleet meetings.

Manage a team of financial analysts.

Meet participation/contribution involving key business and finance issues.

Qualifications Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree

Bachelor's degree in finance, business or related field

5+ years of progressive financial planning & analysis responsibility

7+ years of related experience

Advanced knowledge in accounting and financial statements, financial analysis principles

Proficiency with Microsoft Office products

Excellent analytical and communication abilities

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship

Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualifications

Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position

Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree (MBA or Masters in Finance)

Oracle EPM Planning experience

The base pay range for this role is $124,735.00 to $162,388.00. This position is also eligible for bonus and/or long‑term incentive compensation awards.
