This is a high-impact leadership role overseeing revenue strategy, sales performance, client experience, and the development of our sales and event planning team. What You’ll Do

Lead a High-Performing Sales Team:

You’ll hire, train, motivate, and develop a talented team that embodies our core values and delivers an outstanding client experience.

Drive Revenue & Growth:

You’ll oversee pricing, utilization, discounting, and rate strategy — ensuring strong conversion and maximizing event revenue across weddings and non-wedding events.

Strengthen Client & Community Relationships:

You’ll re‑engage past clients, build new partnerships in the local market, and foster long‑term vendor relationships that enhance our guest experience.

Support Beautiful Events From Start to Finish:

From initial consultations to final planning meetings, you’ll ensure each couple feels supported, informed, and excited for their event.

Collaborate Across the Property:

You’ll work closely with Marketing, Operations, and the Regional Manager to ensure smooth communication and flawless event execution.
