About the Role As the Clinical Director, you will oversee and direct the patient care operations of the home care facility. This includes coordinating and completing assigned projects to effectively support the immediate and long‑range objectives of the company; overseeing eligibility of patients referred to home care services, planning for the services to be provided; implementing and maintaining administrative practices, agency philosophy, goals, and policies which assure compliance with applicable state and federal regulations; enhancing the profitability of the agency; and providing motivation and retention of a qualified staff and assuring the quality of services delivered. This position also acts as a liaison with management staff and other departments throughout the company.
Primary Responsibilities
Coordinate and complete assigned projects to effectively support the immediate and long‑range objectives of the company.
Oversee the eligibility of patients referred to home care services, plan services to be provided, and supervise their total home health care.
Implement and maintain administrative practices, agency philosophy, goals, and policies which assure compliance with applicable state and federal regulations.
Enhance the profitability of the agency, motivate and retain a qualified staff, and assure the quality of services delivered.
Ensure all CMS and state regulations are followed regarding supervision of nursing services.
Provide a supervising RN for nursing services unless a Clinical Director is an RN, an Executive Director/Administrator, or Patient Care Manager, unless state regulations dictate otherwise.

Required Qualifications
Current and unrestricted RN licensure in the state of practice or PT/OT/SLP license, with current applicable license in the state.
Current CPR certification.
Current driver’s license and vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
Preferred Qualifications
1+ year of supervisory and/or management experience in a home health setting or related healthcare setting.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to work independently.
Good communication, writing, and organizational skills.
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, and certifications. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase, and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $71,200 to $127,200 annually based on full‑time employment.
