Clinical Director
As the Clinical Director, you will oversee and direct the patient care operations of the home care facility. This includes coordinating and completing assigned projects to effectively support the immediate and long‑range objectives of the company; overseeing the eligibility of patients referred to home care services, planning the services to be provided to patients and supervising their total home health care; implementing and maintaining administrative practices, agency philosophy, goals, and policies that assure compliance with applicable state and federal regulations; enhancing the profitability of the agency; providing motivation and retention of a qualified staff; and assuring the quality of services delivered. This position also acts as a liaison with management staff and other departments throughout the company.
Primary Responsibilities
Coordinate and complete assigned projects to effectively support the immediate and long‑range objectives of the company
Oversee the eligibility of patients referred to home care services, plan the services to be provided to patients, and supervise their total home health care
Implement and maintain administrative practices, agency philosophy, goals, and policies that assure compliance with applicable state and federal regulations
Enhance the profitability of the agency and provide motivation and retention for a qualified staff while assuring the quality of services delivered
Ensure all CMS and state regulations regarding supervision of nursing services are followed
If the Clinical Director is not an RN, designate an Executive Director/Administrator or Patient Care Manager as the supervising RN for nursing services unless state regulations dictate otherwise

Required Qualifications
Current and unrestricted RN licensure in the state of practice or PT/OT/SLP, with a current applicable license in the state
Current CPR certification
Current driver's license and vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation
Preferred Qualifications
1+ years of supervisory and/or management experience in a home health setting or related healthcare setting
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Able to work independently
Good communication, writing, and organizational skills
Benefits and Compensation The salary for this role will range from $71,200 to $127,200 annually, based on full‑time employment.
