What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Own and define UpGuard’s sales methodology and execution standards across all sales teams
Ensure consistent application of discovery, qualification, and negotiation frameworks
Create and maintain sales playbooks, scripts, and deal frameworks
Deliver high-quality sales excellence programs and coaching sessions
Analyze win/loss data to launch initiatives that improve win rates and deal size
What is Required (Qualifications):
7+ years of experience in Revenue Enablement, Sales Excellence, or Sales Leadership in a B2B SaaS environment
Proven track record of driving performance across the sales cycle, including outbound, closing, and expansion roles
Experience architecting and sustaining sales methodologies at scale
Ability to provide real-time coaching on live deals and calls
Demonstrated success in designing scalable learning paths and playbooks
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Advanced communication and presentation skills for engaging training delivery
Proficiency in using CRM data and sales metrics to inform strategic decisions
Collaborative leadership experience aligning teams toward revenue goals
Strong project-management skills to ensure effective initiative launch and adoption
