Job Summary The General Manager oversees daily overall operations for one of our store locations. They will lead two salaried mangers and a small team of 30+ overseeing all daily operations of the front and back of the store to ensure efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction while fostering a positive work environment. They will also work with senior leadership to drive continuous improvement and launching new processes while aligning with company strategy.

Key Responsibilities Leadership & Staff Management

Recruit, train, and develop store employees to ensure high performance and engagement.

Schedule and supervise staff to maintain optimal coverage and productivity.

Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.

Promote a positive, results-driven culture that reflects company values.

Operations Management

Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and operational procedures.

Monitor daily operations to achieve efficiency and cost control.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store and backroom environment.

Coordiante delivery of inbound product to ensure the backroom can process enough inventory to keep the store properly stocked.

Sales & Customer Experience

Drive sales performance to meet and exceed company goals.

Analyze sales reports and trends to identify opportunities for improvement.

Ensure an exceptional customer experience by providing leadership, training, and support to staff.

Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.

Financial Management

Manage store budgets and payroll.

Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities without compromising service or quality.

Oversee product displays, signage, and promotions in accordance with company standards.

Coordinate with regional and corporate teams on product needs and marketing initiatives.

Requirements

2+ years of supervisory experience

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Excellent communication and leadership abilities

Detail-oriented and efficient

Team player with a strong work ethic

Willingness to learn and adapt

Comfortable with technology (iOS experience a plus)

Able to work in a warehouse environment (lift up to 40 lbs, stand/squat for long periods)
