Associate Attorney
with 3‑6 years of commercial litigation experience to join their national practice group. Role Responsibilities
Advise clients on complex commercial litigation matters, including contract disputes, business torts, and related proceedings.
Draft and review pleadings, motions, and discovery documents with precision and strategic insight.
Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategy and client counseling.
Manage depositions, hearings, and trial preparation in collaboration with partners.
Maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and proactive problem‑solving.
Qualifications
J.D. from an accredited law school; admission to the New York/New Jersey Bar (or eligibility for admission).
3‑6 years of experience in commercial litigation.
Prior experience working on insurance coverage cases is highly preferred (but not required).
Strong writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills.
Ability to handle multiple matters in a fast‑paced environment with attention to detail.
Demonstrated interest in high‑stakes litigation and client service excellence.
