Job Overview Our Client is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Litigation Associate to join its Miami, Nashville, or Austin office. The Associate will work on complex commercial disputes and collaborate with a team of seasoned litigators in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Work on a wide range of commercial litigation cases from start to finish.
Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and appellate documents.
Conduct legal research and prepare clear, high-quality memos.
Manage the discovery process, including taking and defending depositions.
Help with trial preparation and take part in hearings, arbitrations, and trials when needed.
Qualifications
JD from a well-regarded or top law school.
Licensed to practice law in Florida, Tennessee, or Texas.
Federal clerkship experience is strongly preferred.
Experience at a top AmLaw firm is a plus.
2-6 years of commercial litigation experience.
