$17.00 - $26.00 per hour

Job Description This role is opening the Open Planning and the Polite Program as part of our operation. The position is eligible for promotion from within and participation in our management steps program.
Responsibilities
Operate store equipment safely and efficiently.
Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
Prepare food products according to company standards.
Receive, process, and enter telephone orders.
Maintain inventory records and complete associated paperwork.
Clean equipment and store areas daily.
Provide on‑the‑job orientation and training to new team members.
Communicate effectively with customers and co‑workers, both verbally and in writing, to process orders.
Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touchscreen.
Essential Skills & Functions
Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and cash handling).
Strong verbal, written, and telephone communication skills.
Good hand‑eye coordination and motor speed.
Ability to make accurate monetary change and process orders quickly.
Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive tasks.
Work Conditions & Physical Demands Work may be performed in varying temperatures from 36°F in cooler areas to 90°F in production zones. Exposure to hot surfaces, sharp edges, fumes, and corn meal dust may occur. Employees will stand, walk, and sometimes lift loads up to 50 lbs. Work involves frequent reaching, bending, and repetitive hand movements.
Additional qualification for delivery duty: valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and access to an insured delivery vehicle.
Other Information Relocation to a store in the Pacific Avenue area is optional. Employees may be eligible for employee discounts and continuing education through the company.
