Litigation Counsel
Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Litigation Counsel to provide expert legal advice and representation in various litigation matters. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in contract law and litigation, with the ability to navigate complex legal challenges effectively. As a Litigation Counsel, you will be responsible for managing cases from inception through trial, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and delivering favorable outcomes for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
Provide legal counsel on litigation matters related to contract law and compliance.
Prepare and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
Manage all aspects of case preparation, including trial preparation and evidence analysis.
Represent clients in court appearances and hearings.
Engage in negotiation and dispute resolution to settle cases effectively.
Provide client counseling and maintain strong client relationships throughout the litigation process.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements during litigation.
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in litigation or a related field.
Strong knowledge of contract law and regulatory compliance.
Proven skills in trial preparation and court appearances.
Excellent legal writing and analytical skills.
Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong negotiation and dispute resolution skills.
