Our client, a global IT Services and Consulting organization, is hiring a ServiceNow FSO Solutions Architect to join their team in Virginia on a contract basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and managing comprehensive ServiceNow solutions, ensuring they align with business objectives while optimizing performance, scalability and security.
Responsibilities
Create high-level architecture documents and technical blueprints for ServiceNow solutions that align with business goals.
Lead technical discussions, promote best practices and optimize solutions for performance, security and scalability.
Work closely with clients and internal teams to translate business requirements into effective technical and functional solutions.
Coach junior team members and ensure compliance with architectural standards and governance policies.
Develop and maintain comprehensive design specifications, maintenance guides and as-built documentation.
Regularly review environments to identify enhancement opportunities and stay current with ServiceNow updates and features.
Skillset
ServiceNow Certification in CIS-CSM (Certified Implementation Specialist - Customer Service Management).
Demonstrated experience as a ServiceNow Architect or Implementation Specialist.
In-depth understanding of ServiceNow architecture, modules and industry best practices.
Strong ability to engage stakeholders and communicate technical concepts effectively.
