You will focus on representing landlords, tenants, buyers, and sellers across commercial transactions, while learning how to identify strong investment properties and development opportunities. Responsibilities

Provide market area research to clients so they can make an educated and informed decision

Determine current market value of properties to ensure best possible purchase price for customers

Develop relationships that enhance the potential for future growth

Schedule and be present for all property inspections in order to assist clients with purchase/sale agreements

Respond to customer calls, emails and web requests in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications

Must have a valid Real Estate License

Excellent communication and negotiating skills

Some knowledge of marketing and advertising

Knowledge of real estate industry practices and lease language

Independent worker who is motivated and self sufficient

Compensation $170,000 at plan
