Responsibilities

Develop relationships with commercial property owners, investors, landlords, and tenants

Identify and pursue commercial listing and representation opportunities

Analyze properties and market data to support client decision making

Represent buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants through the transaction process

Create and manage a consistent prospecting and follow up routine

Collaborate with internal team members on deal strategy and execution

Build market knowledge across Bay Area commercial submarkets

Maintain compliance with licensing and brokerage standards
