Our client, a well‑established non‑profit medical trade association management organization, is seeking an administrative assistant with experience in association management to support their office.
Pay: $27-35/hr
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Provide support for tasks relating to association management projects
Execute general administrative tasks (shared folders, calendars, proofreading, organization, material preparation)
Prepareand distributerecords, reports, and communications, i.e.,newsletters, email blasts, website updates, drafts, memos, responses to inquiries, minutes, etc.
Tracktasks and projects and collaborate with internal teamsto ensuresmooth execution
Support database work & financial documentation if requested
Greet visitors, answer telephone calls, mails, and emails from customers and clients and direct them to relevant staff
Monitor and replace office supplies as necessary to avoid interruptions in standard front office procedures
Preferred Qualifications:
MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Google Suite
MLS Systems
QuickBooks
Graphic Design (Adobe Photoshop, Indesign, etc)
Necessary Skills/Attributes:
Association management experience
Excellent time management skills
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and multi‑task
Detail oriented & highly organized
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Team player who treats all clients and team members with respect
Positive attitude and friendly demeanor
