Position Summary
At ABM Industries, the Business Financial Manager plays a critical role in supporting financial operations across multiple service locations. This position ensures accurate financial reporting, strategic planning, and budget management while partnering with operational leaders to drive cost‑saving initiatives and business growth.
Compensation $76,000 annual salary (US Dollars)

Key Responsibilities
Financial Oversight & Reporting
Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reviews.
Prepare and submit professional‑level reports, forecasts, and correspondence.
Monitor financial performance and identify risks and opportunities.
Budgeting & Forecasting
Collaborate with operations teams to develop and manage budgets.
Support forecasting activities and variance analysis.
Update 12‑month forecasts quarterly and contribute to strategic planning.
Compliance & Controls
Ensure adherence to financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
Support audits and ensure timely submission of financial documentation.
Business Partnering
Work closely with HR, operations, and other departments to align financial goals.
Assist in developing new business opportunities through financial modeling and analysis.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
May supervise junior finance staff or analysts.
Participate in cross‑functional initiatives and support continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Strong proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and financial systems (e.g., Hyperion, Anaplan).
Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.
Preferred Skills
Experience in facilities services or multi‑site operations.
Familiarity with P&L management, cost control, and financial modeling.
Knowledge of enterprise financial systems and reporting tools.
