Job Summary As a Loan Servicing Specialist III within the Wholesale Lending Services team, you will play a crucial role in processing complex loan transactions. Located in Chicago, our Loan Servicing Center is at the heart of JPMorgan Chase's Wholesale Lending Services. With a team of 1,300 employees, we handle loan servicing for Business Banking, Global Wealth Management, Investment Banking, and Commercial Banking. Job Responsibilities

Process complex loan transactions in a fast-paced environment

Create PDF batch work for quality control and document repositories

Enter customer and loan details into the loan system

Process payments, rate resets, and maintenance transactions

Identify and correct inaccurate or incomplete transaction information

Minimize credit and business risk through compliance awareness

Participate in projects and working groups as required

Review and complete escalated requests

Maintain proactive communication with business partners

Meet or exceed established Service Level Agreements

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance

Three years of loan operations or quality control experience in banking

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Knowledge of ACBS and/or Loan IQ

Understanding of US Dollar and Foreign Currency Loans

Strong organizational and time management skills

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

Ability to adapt to internal tracking and monitoring systems

Working knowledge of legal/credit documents

Ability to interpret standard reports and forms

Demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to maintain high performance in stressful situations
