Position Summary
The Territory Sales Manager – North Texas is responsible for driving sales growth by developing new business, managing key customer relationships, and promoting building envelope solutions across the region. This role focuses on solution-based selling, market development, and becoming a trusted partner to contractors, builders, architects, and distributors throughout the full sales cycle.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
Develop and execute a territory sales strategy to identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, contractors, dealers, and lumber yards
Collaborate with distributors and internal teams to support supply chain effectiveness and customer success
Present and position building envelope solutions based on customer needs, market trends, and technical requirements
Track sales activity, manage pipelines, and forecast bookings using a CRM system

Education & Other Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred
Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, or 2+ years in building materials or building envelope solutions
Strong understanding of construction products and market dynamics
Results-driven mindset with excellent time management and communication skills
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within the territory
