LCSW Mental Health Provider

Overview We are seeking a licensed Mental Health Provider (LCSW preferred) to join a growing, high-end outpatient mental health clinic located in Hudson Yards, Manhattan. This role offers flexibility, a supportive clinical environment, and the opportunity to work with a diverse adult population ranging from front-line staff to senior executives. The ideal candidate is adaptable, clinically strong, and comfortable working in an evolving organization with changing processes and new client needs.

Key Responsibilities Provide individual outpatient psychotherapy sessions (approximately five 1-hour sessions per day) Treat adult clients presenting with anxiety, work-related stress, relationship concerns, and life transitions Build strong therapeutic relationships across a diverse professional demographic Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation using Athena EMR Collaborate with clinical leadership as workflows and processes continue to evolve Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a private clinic setting

Schedule & Work Environment Monday–Friday (no weekends) Flexible scheduling between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Open to full-time or part-time (may hire 2 part-time providers instead of 1 full-time) Onsite role with flexibility built into the schedule

Must-Have Qualifications Active NY license: LCSW, LMSW, LMFT, or LMHC Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience Strong outpatient therapy experience with adults Comfortable working in a growing organization with evolving processes Flexible, professional, and patient-centered approach

Preferred Backgrounds Boutique outpatient clinics High-touch or concierge-style mental health settings
