Nurse Practitioner Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled OBGYN Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, perform assessments, and develop treatment plans across various settings. This role requires a strong foundation in clinical practice, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals. Must have OBGYN experience Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive physical examinations and patient assessments. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, including IV infusion and injections. Perform diagnostic evaluations, including suturing, catheterization, and specimen collection. Manage acute and chronic health conditions, providing education on health maintenance and disease prevention. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care outcomes. Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Provide telehealth services as needed, ensuring accessibility for patients. Participate in clinical research initiatives to enhance patient care practices. Skills Proficient in EMR/EHR systems such as eClinicalWorks. OBGYN experience and knowledge of medical terminology, ICD-9/ICD-10 coding, CPT coding, and workers' compensation law. Familiarity with various other specialties Strong understanding of patient care protocols including vital signs monitoring, tand medication management.
