Licensed Clinical Social Worker
to join their collaborative, mission-driven team.
What You’ll Do: Conduct
behavioral health assessments
& provide
individual, group, family therapy Facilitate
wellness, mindfulness, and chronic pain groups Deliver
evidence-based interventions
(CBT, ACT, DBT, mindfulness) Collaborate with
physicians, therapists, and behavioral health professionals Prepare
clinical documentation, treatment plans, and reports

Requirements: ✔ California LCSW license ✔ Experience in chronic pain or behavioral medicine preferred ✔ Strong skills in
