in Berkeley, CA, is seeking a
Licensed Clinical Psychologist
to join its collaborative and mission-driven care team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a
multidisciplinary program
dedicated to improving quality of life for patients with
chronic pain and behavioral health conditions
through evidence-based, compassionate care.
About the Role As a core member of the interdisciplinary care team, you will: Conduct
psychological assessments
for outpatient and chronic pain programs Provide
individual and group therapy
focused on wellness, resilience, and pain coping strategies Deliver
behavioral interventions
grounded in
CBT, ACT, mindfulness, and other evidence-based modalities Facilitate
group sessions
on stress management, wellness, and chronic pain education Prepare clinical documentation, reports, and treatment plans Collaborate closely with physicians, physical therapists, and behavioral health professionals
Schedule & Work Environment ️
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Hybrid Schedule:
2 days onsite (Berkeley) + 3 days remote No evenings or weekends required Enjoy the balance of meaningful in-person care with the flexibility of remote telehealth sessions.
Qualifications ✔
California Licensed Psychologist (PhD/PsyD – required) ✔ Background in
chronic pain, behavioral medicine, or health psychology
preferred ✔ Experience with
evidence-based therapies (CBT, ACT, DBT, mindfulness, biofeedback) ✔ Excellent communication and collaboration skills ✔
Spanish bilingual
a plus, but not required
Compensation & Benefits $110,000 – $170,000 (DOE) Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) with employer contribution ️
