Located just an hour west of Philadelphia, this clinic is looking for a Certified Nurse Practitioner to start ASAP and assist with their ongoing needs. If you have a passion for long-term care and at least 5 years of experience in the field, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality care to geriatric patients
Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop treatment plans
Conduct physical exams and prescribe medications
Maintain accurate patient records
Qualifications:
Certified Nurse Practitioner
Minimum 5 years experience in long-term care
Active PA license, DEA, BLS
