Responsibilities:
Start ASAP for ongoing need
Work Monday to Friday, 20 hours per week
No weekends or call required
Minimum 5 years experience in long-term care
Must have an active PA license, DEA, and BLS certification
Qualifications:
Certified Nurse Practitioner
Minimum 5 years experience in long-term care
Active PA license, DEA, BLS certification
