Position Overview:
We are seeking a
compassionate and skilled Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA)
to provide comprehensive primary care services to patients across the lifespan. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients through prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and education?while working within a collaborative, team-based environment. What You?ll Do: Conduct comprehensive physical exams, assessments, and patient histories Diagnose and manage a wide range of conditions Provide primary care support across multiple specialties Perform in-scope procedures Collaborate closely with specialists in
ENT, Surgical, and Medical Subspecialties
to ensure continuity and coordination of care Utilize
E-ClinicalWorks
for efficient, compliant, and patient-centered documentation Provide emergency and urgent interventions when necessary Educate patients and families on treatment plans, prevention strategies, and lifestyle modifications Qualifications: Certified
Nurse Practitioner (NP-C/FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C)
licensed in the state of Ohio Must be experienced in primary care, family medicine, or internal medicine Comfortable managing a broad patient panel across all ages and backgrounds Proficient in clinical procedures relevant to outpatient care Strong communication and empathy skills?your ability to
connect
