services in a supportive, team-based environment. Position Overview We are seeking an
experienced Psychiatric Physician Assistant (PA-C)
to provide
in-person services
at our Burbank location. This position is ideal for a confident, self-directed provider who enjoys clinical autonomy while working within a collaborative multidisciplinary team. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management visits Manage a panel of adult and adolescent patients with mood, anxiety, and related disorders Oversee and administer

and
Spravato (esketamine)
treatment sessions Adjust and optimize treatment plans based on patient response and evidence-based best practices Collaborate with supervising psychiatrists and support staff to ensure high-quality, coordinated care Maintain detailed and compliant documentation in the EMR system Qualifications Active and unrestricted California PA license NCCPA certification
required Minimum
1 years of outpatient psychiatry experience DEA license with Schedule II authority Comfortable managing high-functioning, motivated patients Strong diagnostic, therapeutic, and communication skills Compensation & Benefits $105-115/hr depending on experience, 1099 Independent Contractor Flexible clinical autonomy with supportive medical leadership Collaborative work environment and modern EMR system Paid holidays, malpractice coverage, and CME support Schedule:
Full-time, Monday?Friday (In-Person) Location:
