About the Role
Holistic Psychiatry is seeking a
certified Physician Assistant
to join our growing inpatient psychiatric team. This full-time position involves daily rounding on
inpatient and partial hospitalization (PHP)
patients Monday through Friday at a partner hospital in the Conroe / The Woodlands area. You?ll work closely with our psychiatrists and multidisciplinary care team to deliver high-quality, compassionate psychiatric care. This role offers professional growth opportunities in a collaborative and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities Conduct daily inpatient and PHP rounds under physician supervision Perform psychiatric assessments, medication management, and progress documentation Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and case management teams Participate in treatment planning and discharge coordination Provide weekend coverage on a
1-in-4 rotation
(in-person rounding) Qualifications Current Texas Physician Assistant license and NCCPA certification required Strong interest in
psychiatry and behavioral health Excellent communication, documentation, and teamwork skills New graduates are welcome to apply
