to join its inpatient care team in
Reno, NV . This is a
full-time role
with a
7 on / 7 off schedule , offering strong compensation, flexibility, and growth in a supportive environment. This position is
open to new graduates
who are passionate about psychiatric and behavioral health care. Key Responsibilities Provide inpatient psychiatric care in collaboration with psychiatrists and a multidisciplinary team. Conduct psychiatric evaluations, develop treatment plans, and manage medication. Participate in patient rounding (approx. 80%) and coordinate ongoing care. Educate patients and families on treatment, wellness, and recovery strategies. Document care in accordance with hospital standards and compliance requirements. Requirements Active
PMHNP or PA-C license
in Nevada. DEA registration preferred (required for prescribing). New graduates welcome ; 1+ year of psychiatric/mental health experience preferred. Strong interest in working within inpatient behavioral health.
